Spam Policy

Simply welcomes you to this website and its services, and reminds all visitors and members that use of this website is subject to any posted rules or terms listed on our front page. These conditions of use will always be listed in the About Us section, to which we refer you for reference.

By using this website and its services, you are indicating your acceptance of any posted rules or terms of service. If you do not wish to accept any posted terms of service, or conditions of usage, permission to access our services and website are denied.

Simply adheres to a policy of not sending unsolicited email to users who have not requested it via either a specific service located on this website, or by their chosen inclusion in a mail list, subscription, or periodical service available on this website. Simply also has a prohibition on spamming and unethical marketing activities. Below are some examples of spamming that may violate the Terms of Service and Spam Policy:

1)Relaying email from a third party’s mail servers without the permission of that third party.

2)Using “robots” or otherwise harvesting other’s email addresses from the Simply site for purposes of sending unsolicited or unauthorized material.

3)Using or causing to be used, Simply computer systems to facilitate the transmission of unsolicited or unauthorized material. This includes any promotional materials, URLs, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation that you may upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available.

4)Uploading, posting, emailing, or transmitting the same message, URL, or post multiple times.

5)Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue, or causing the screen to “scroll” faster than other users of the service are able to type, or otherwise acting in a manner that negatively affects other users’ ability to engage in real-time exchanges.

6)Manipulating identifiers, such as email headers, to disguise the origin of any content transmitted to or through Simply.

It is the user’s responsibility to check each property’s guidelines for additional details regarding spam. Violations of our Terms of Service, or this Spam Policy, may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your Simply Caravan ( ID and/or anything associated with it, including, but not limited to, email accounts, posts, pictures, and profiles.

Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit email to or through Simply. Simply does not waive any rights by the failure to enforce this policy in every instance in which it might apply. NOTICE: Sending unsolicited email advertisements to or through Simply computer systems will be considered a violation of this policy. Simply is located in the United States, European Union, Canada and Australia.

Any unauthorized use of Simply computer systems is a violation of the Simply Terms of Service, Spam Policy, and certain EU and US laws, including the US Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030 et seq.). Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.
